APPEARANCE: In Human form, Vox has Short brown hair with Blue-Green eyes. He is Four foot; Nine inches tall. His body structure is that of a 12 year old boy. His current attire consist  black wire-framed glasses [for reading only], a black leather trench coat with the color white being on the inside, a pair of black jeans, and regular black and white Velcro shoes.)

APPEARANCE: In the form of a CPU known as Manga Heart, Vox has Short brown hair with Neon-Green eyes. He grew to Five foot; Four inches tall. In this form, he looks more like a 14 year old. His attire consist of a black body suit that acts as armor with black shoulder pads that are outlined in white. He has on black colored gauntlets that are also outlined in white with Armored black steel toed boots that are yet again outlined in white. He also has two white crystal/glass looking wings while in the form.

PERSONALITY: Vox tends to lean towards being rather happy go lucky while in Human form. But that can turn on a dime depending on the situation. In CPU form as Magna Heart, Vox is a bit more serious and more willing to take action to protect innocent bystanders from monsters and the like. The only thing Vox's fears are loosing new found friends.

BACKGROUND:  Vox was formally a human that was brought to the past of a dimension called Ultradimension from his original world by an artificial created black hole that became unstable (and jumped half way across the planet) due to human error when the particles collided at an odd angle. This was because of a power surge from an outside lightning storm. Upon arriving in Ultradimension, he lost his memories do to landing head first into a small canyon. He took on the name Vox because of a mispronunciation.

He would later stumble across an extremely rare divine item called a CPU Memory causing it to activate transforming him into a CPU. Vox as Magna Heart later founded a nation called Odycity. Odycity was a nation known for their Light gun games and other non console merchandising do to trade routes with small towns and villages at the time. One day a sudden fault line developed during his time as a CPU, his nation was then caught unaware of a sudden earthquake that happened. Odycity later got swallowed by a enormous sinkhole that soon caved in sealing the nation from the rest of the world. It was only recently did the hole open up again (do to another earthquake) allowing Vox to see the new world of Gamindustri.

POWER:

WEAPON: While in human form, Vox's weapon is an old fashioned Brown and Black Light Rifle with a blade attached to the top of the barrel. The weapon's appearance change's to a high-tech Light Rifle with a Black and White color scheme. In this form, the Rifle's blade is a Gold energy blade. While in CPU form, the rifle gains the ability to transform into a sword mode.

Ability: Has higher speed as Magna Heart but gains lower defense.

TECHNIQUES: Generate Gold Magical Glyphs. They can be used in variety of ways. These exist for Attacks, Shielding, and platforming.

Able to summon Light Rifle.

Transformation from human form to CPU form using Share Energy.

As Magna Heart, Vox is able to fly in the air.

Attacks:

Rifle Blast: (Fires a charge shot of Light Energy) (Elemental: Neutral - Physical Damage)

Energy Stream: (Fires a single beam of energy) (Elemental: Neutral - Physical Damage)

Burst Stream: (A magical glyph appears before firing an Energy Stream hits the back of it and stores the energy temporarily before Splitting the energy into pot shots at an enemy. (Elemental: Neutral - Physical Damage)

Crescent Wave: (In Sword mode, the rifle's blade is powered even more with Share energy turning the Gold color to a bright Orange that is capable (If swung) of sending out waves of energy.) (Elemental: Neutral - Physical Damage)

Final Smash: Magna Barrage (Six Golden copies of himself are created from his Share Energy reserves. They all start firing Burst Streams.) (Elemental: Neutral - Physical Damage)

While I can't give an official approval until the Powers are organized, preferably in the character template, I can say that this looks mostly fine. I do have some suggestions on where you can condense things into variants, otherwise not using variants looks like it'll put you over the soft limit.

The Light Rifle can be a Weapon power, with its upgraded form and sword form as Variants of it, since they're all functionally similar. The Gold Glyphs ability can be used as a Technique with its main function plus the other two as Variants, as all three uses utilize these glyphs in some way. Summoning the Light Rifle can be mentiined in the Description of the weapon, while Share Energy will need to be its own Ability, but you can include flight with it since it's a feature of his Magna Heart form.

Other than that, everything under Attack can be its own Technique. Have Maxi help you put this into the app and you're good.
